What To Expect
The battle against burn out is a real challenge for most working people. This program aims to support and elevate the mental health and team energy of companies and corporations alike. The Mindful Residency Program includes: - 30 minute online mindful meetings 1x a week for 12 months. - 1 in-person half-day retreat - 10 additional hours of mediation and mental health support. These mindfulness sessions include guided meditation, team connection and self-inquiry. Participants are left with a sense of clarity, energy and focus. This creates a work atmosphere that is focused, centered, open, compassionate, and engaging. Creative, cohesive and successful solutions are born in the moments of pause, reflection and engagement. When teams are grounded together, they can generate inspired actions as opposed to overtired reactions. The Mindful Residency Program is an excellent addition to any workplace environment.
