What To Expect

This mindfulness program is for families looking for a consistent and uplifting approach to manage stress and overwhelm, and deeply connect to themselves and each other. More studies are showing that practicing meditation and gratitude can enhance your health and wellness. In this mentorship we focus on simple creative and meditative exercises that can bring calm, connection, and joy into your daily life. In Gratitude 101 we will learn to pay closer attention to the present time, drop into our creative instincts for self-care, and cultivate our connection to others and our planet. Groups will learn the Loving Kindness Meditation practice together. Accompanied by gratitude exercises, movement, and creative expression, this program will help people cultivate a joyful, confident and peaceful life experience. This is for any group who identities as a family wishing to nourish their relationships and create a space for peace and presence as a unit.
